Owen brings 20 years’ experience in IT and delivering Business Intelligence solutions across corporate and government organisations. He has a diverse range of skills covering enterprise architecture, business analysis, team development and is a certified ITIL practitioner.

Shari is a dedicated business and process analyst with a number of year of IT and business experience across a number of industries. She has a diverse number of skills and is a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator with degrees in business, marketing and communications.

David brings experience as a freelance full-stack developer, working with small businesses to design and develop their lead generation websites and custom web applications. David specialises in JavaScript, using mostly NodeJS and React/GatsbyJS, and he has experience working in C# with ASP.NET, Java with Spring Boot, C, Python, MATLAB, and R.

Known for organisation and problem solving, Rhiannon has proven success with developing and implementing new administrative systems and increasing productivity.

With a background in Accounting and Information Technology, Coleena’s IT career started in call centre system support to implementation projects. Now as an independent consultant, she has designed and architected over 25 ITSM implementations, as well as architecting and upgrading several existing projects.
