Serena comes from a Business Information Technology background with experience in developing Human Resources and Finance applications. She applies her technical expertise all throughout the full software development life cycle to ensure that quality standards are met.

Aswanth comes from an Information Systems background w/ experience in UiPath & ServiceNow. He acts as the contact point, receiving + handling requests for support and
responds to a broad range of service requests by providing information to enable resolution.
Shari is a dedicated business and process analyst with a number of year of IT and business experience across a number of industries. She has a diverse number of skills and is a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator with degrees in business, marketing and communications.
With over 13 years experience in administration and office support within a range of industries, Rhiannon specialises in analysing and optimising operations. Known for organisation and problem solving, Rhiannon has proven success with developing and implementing new administrative systems and increasing productivity.

Bianca is a digital marketing expert specialising in social media strategy, digital branding and strategic design. Through creative content creation, she has proven successful in increasing brand awareness and boosting visibility and engagement by developing new channels for innovative business opportunities.
With a background in Accounting and Information Technology, Coleena’s IT career started in call centre system support to implementation projects. Now as an independent consultant, she has designed and architected over 25 ITSM implementations, as well as architecting and upgrading several existing projects.
